In addition, the beach is dog friendly allowing owners to take their dogs for long walks along the sands or along the pathway adjoining the beach. Additional facilities are also available on the adjoining holiday park, ‘South Cliff’, which offers Makis family bar, fish & chip shop, general stores, launderette and an amusement arcade.
Bordering the holiday site is the Bridlington ‘park & ride’ bus terminus making this
an ideal location for ease of access to Bridlington centre by either taking a leisurely stroll along the beach or walking along the sea front foot-path above the beach or for those less active taking advantage of the ‘Burlington Bertie’ land-train loved by children or using the ‘park & ride’ bus service.
South Shore Holiday Village has planning permission for year round holiday use, consequently, holidays are available anytime of the year.
